Project: Multi-Train Shutdown & Upgrade Programmes

Project scope was to provide comprehensive planning and project controls support for a series of critical shutdown projects, including the 2019 Main Site Turnaround, Train 7, Train 4, Train 6, and the NGL Upgrade initiatives.

Responsibilities encompassed the development and maintenance of detailed Level 5, fully resource-loaded schedules covering pre-shutdown, shutdown execution, and post-shutdown phases. Daily and weekly progress reporting, resource and cost forecasting, and conducted critical path and delay analysis to support management in achieving key milestone targets.

To ensure operational safety and schedule integrity, interactive planning workshops were facilitated with multidisciplinary teams, focusing on identifying and mitigating SIMOP (Simultaneous Operations) risks across key process zones. Proactive approaches enabled enhanced coordination, greater visibility of constraints, and timely resolution of interface issues—contributing to the safe and efficient delivery of all planned works.
