Project Scope to provide project controls consultancy for the Cambridge Guided Busway, a major public transport infrastructure scheme designed to improve connectivity across Cambridgeshire.

Services included the development and implementation of a detailed Level 4 programme using Primavera P6, supporting the planning, construction, and commissioning phases. Working closely with the delivery team and key stakeholders, alignment was focused across all project disciplines, enabling precise coordination between civil engineering works, bridge structures, stations, and intelligent transport systems.

Timely production of weekly progress reports, integrating earned value analysis, cost forecasting, and critical path tracking to monitor key deliverables and inform decision-making at both the contractor and client level. Risks and programme interfaces were proactively managed through collaborative workshops, minimising disruption and ensuring effective delivery of milestones.
