Project: GSK Stevenage BioScience Park – Programme Development and Controls

Project brief was to support the delivery of the GSK Stevenage BioScience Park through the creation and ongoing management of a high-level baseline programme using Primavera P6.

Roles encompassed programme planning across the full lifecycle of the project—from concept design through to construction and implementation. Working closely with client stakeholders, design teams, and delivery partners, developing a robust master schedule that aligned with GSK’s strategic objectives, funding parameters, and regulatory timelines.

This baseline programme served as the foundation for performance monitoring, risk analysis, and resource planning across the BioScience Park’s design and build phases. The schedule reflected all key milestones, critical path activities, procurement sequencing, and major interfaces between infrastructure works and vertical construction elements.

Throughout the project, ongoing schedule updates were provided, progress reviews, and scenario modelling to ensure visibility and control at every stage. Inputs enabled early identification of risks, informed decision-making, and supported GSK in maintaining momentum on one of the UK’s leading science and innovation campuses.
