Project: Sunderland Strategic Transport Corridor – Sunderland, UK

Support was provided to Sunderland City Council in the revitalisation of the Sunderland Strategic Transport Corridor (SSTC) through the restoration of their project schedule into Primavera P3—a critical step in re-establishing baseline planning control.

Working closely with the Council’s project and engineering teams, fragmented scheduling data was audited, refined, and restructured into a coherent and integrated baseline programme. This enhanced visibility of key milestones, resource interdependencies, and risk exposure throughout the project lifecycle.

The reconfigured schedule established a more robust foundation for programme control, performance monitoring, and stakeholder reporting. By restoring confidence in the project’s time-related delivery metrics, the Council was able to realign the SSTC with its broader regeneration and infrastructure objectives—ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality transport links across key development areas in the city.
